Intel is proud to announce that its XeSS upscaling technology is now enabled in over 50 games.
The rapid adoption of Intel XeSS in the gaming industry speaks volumes for its impact. With over 50 games now supporting XeSS, both new and existing titles, the technology has become a serious contender against NVIDIA DLSS and AMD FSR, which have similar upscaling technologies.
Some notable games that have integrated XeSS include Cyberpunk 2077, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, and Control, among others. The technology was also recently added to Diablo IV. The inclusion of XeSS in these high-profile titles demonstrates the developer’s trust in Intel’s upscaling solutions to enhance the player’s visual experience. Intel XeSS is clearly here to stay.
Competition for XeSS is fierce. NVIDIA just hit 300+ games and apps supporting DLSS1 and 2, and over 30 games and apps supporting DLSS3, while AMD is quickly gaining support from game developers with 200+ games and 100 games supporting the newer FSR2 technology. According to Intel, 64 games and applications support XeSS now, or eventually support it after the software is released.
