You will be able to do this thanks to personal advice and the development of suitable integration plans. I am also the responsible contact person for employers. You achieve your goals by analyzing situations and making decisions, taking into account legal requirements. In all these tasks, the emphasis is on close cooperation with internal and external partners.

What professional skills are important to us. You have a tertiary qualification in the field of social work, psychology or similar and have at least 3 years of professional experience. As a career changer, you can count on at least 5 years of professional experience in related areas. You have acquired the necessary skills through your professional experience in relation to a managerial position. Direct the integration process in a targeted way by recognizing the essential elements and taking the necessary measures. As a communicative and well organized personality, you are happy to advise and handle administrative tasks in an efficient and good quality manner. You also value independent work and team exchange.
