Sweet chocolate sausage with Selga cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet of Selga classic cookies;
  • ½ packet of butter (about 90-100g);
  • 10 teaspoons of unsweetened cocoa;
  • 6 teaspoons of honey;
  • 1 ola;
  • marmalade (about 100g).

Preparation:

  • Crush the Selga cookies in a bowl. Can be crushed into finer or larger pieces.
  • Cut the marmalade into small pieces and add to the crumbled cookies.
  • Melt butter in a pot, add honey and egg.
  • Stirring the whole mass in the pot, add the unsweetened cocoa. Continue mixing until a homogeneous mass is formed.
  • Add the crumbled cookies and marmalade to the mass. Mix everything thoroughly.
  • Place the mass on baking paper and form it into a long sausage shape. The formed sausage is wrapped in baking paper to keep its shape and placed in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to harden.
  • Remove from the refrigerator, cut and serve to enjoy.
