The newly released single is the harbinger of the new album by Intara Busulis and Abonementa Orchestra Play your magic flute. The author of the music of the song is Intars Busulis, while the lyrics of the song were created by Marts Pujāts. Intars admits that the song was written at a time when he wanted to question himself, but at the same time he also believed that, despite the circumstances, everyone should believe in themselves and “play their magic flute”.
The song also has a music video directed by Tom Harjo. In the video, Intars Busulis takes on the role of a sad clown. The director says about the message of the video: “We all somehow try to go through life, or at least successfully pretend that we are doing it. And other times you just have to do it, you have to trust that fate will arrange everything for you.”
After a five-year break, Intar Busulis and Abonementa Orchestra will also release an album Play your magic flute. The new album will be presented on October 25 in the cinema Splendid Palace, which this time anyone can visit by purchasing tickets (the number of tickets is limited). The first part of the event will include a concert with the songs included in the album, while the second part will feature films My father – Intars Busulis premiere.
