Insurance should step in
When Mr. W. actually fell ill shortly after the contract was signed, he was informed that there was a three-month “waiting period”. Unfortunately, one could not give him the requested money because of that. Mr. W’s lawyer denies that he was informed of this, verbally or in writing. The insurance company is obliged to pay.
