Insurance customer data and online loans (pinjol) are officially included in the Financial Information Services System of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) (SLIK).
This was marked by the issuance of the Financial Services Authority Regulation (OJK) Number 11 of 2024 regarding the Second Amendment to the Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 18/POJK.03/2017 regarding Reporting and Information Requests debt through the Financial Information Services System (POJK SLIK). ).
The Head of the Literacy, Financial Inclusion and Communication Department, Aman Santosa, said the regulations were made to strengthen and improve the financial services sector and financial market infrastructure.

The second amendment to POJK SLIK regulates the expansion of the range of SLIK reporters beyond five, as follows:
(1) Insurance companies that market credit insurance and/or trust products, and/or sharia trust
(2) Sharia Insurance Companies that market sharia funded insurance products.
(3) Guaranty Company,
(4) Sharia Guarantee Company
(5) Information Technology Based Financing Service Providers (LPBBTI/Fintech Peer to Peer to Lending)
In addition, the deadline for the five to become reporters is a maximum of one year from the release of POJK SLIK.
“With more parties needing to submit information supporting asset procurement activities to SLIK, information on debtors will become more complete and support the financial services industry in ‘ management of credit or financial risks and / or insurance or guarantee risks, as well as other risks. activities to support the implementation of business activities by LJK,” Aman said in a written statement, Thursday (8/8/2024).
For information, institutions previously required to be SLIK Reporters only included:
1. Commercial Banks
2. People’s Economic Bank
3. Sharia People’s Economic Bank
4. Funding Institutions That Provide Funding Facilities
5. Securities Companies that carry out business activities as securities brokers
6. Securities Financing Institutions
7. Other Financial Services Institutions (LJK) that provide Funding Facilities include Indonesian export finance institutions, bookmakers, secondary housing finance companies, and primary development finance companies. structure, cooperatives, small and medium enterprises
8. LJKs must be Reporting Companies in accordance with OJK Regulations.
