Clarification of assumption of costs

Our patient administration department clarifies the assumption of the costs with the health insurance company, the canton of residence or the accident insurance of the patient before the inpatient stay.

Hospital

According to the Health Insurance Act, there is free choice of hospital in Switzerland, so that a rehabilitation clinic outside the canton of residence can also be visited. However, depending on the severity of the disease, neurological deficits and canton of residence, additional insurance is required, which contributes to the costs.

Foreign residence or insurance abroad

These patients can find out more about how they will be covered by their insurance company before the start of treatment. We support you in this. People with general insurance from the EU / EFTA member states request form S2 / E112 from their health insurance company for the implementation of a planned treatment in a Swiss clinic.

Self-payers

Here we require an advance payment of the expected costs.
