The Institute for the Promotion of Argentine Beef (IPCVA) and the Argentine Football Association (AFA) signed a cooperation framework agreement to promote the positioning of beef and Argentine football as the two great passions that represent and identify the country locally and internationally.

The agreement, which was signed by the presidents of the IPCVA and the AFA, Juan José Grigera Naón and Claudio Tapia, will have an initial term of two years and will contemplate the programming of events, activities and joint promotional actions. In addition, and as part of this collaboration, educational campaigns will be developed to promote the consumption of beef as an essential and irreplaceable food at all stages of life.
After signing the agreement, Grigera Naón highlighted the importance of this cooperation in the face of upcoming sporting challenges and valued the positive impact it will have on the community.
“Soccer is the most popular sport in Argentina and it is a mark of quality throughout the world”Grigera Naon assured. “The same thing happens with beef, so this alliance is natural and strategic”he added.
At the signing of the agreement, Grigera Naón was accompanied by the Vice President of the Institute, Daniel Urcia.

The purpose of the agreement between the IPCVA and AFA is to establish a mutual collaboration in educational, sports and social matters, and also to promote a healthy and balanced diet, especially in children and young people.
During the validity of the agreement, the IPCVA will disseminate initiatives and communication campaigns to present beef as “Official Sponsor of the Argentine passion”.
