Can someone here sometimes tell me how you could now install an older version of an app. I would like to install an app on my iPad of which the current version in the Appstore requires IOS 13 and one iPad cannot run IOS 13. I think I have done this in the past by first supposedly purchasing the app via Windows iTunes and then installing it on my iPad via the purchased overview, so that the choice was offered to install an older version of the app. This is also the way that can be found on numerous sites. However, the Windows iTunes no longer contains an app section, and I don’t own a Mac.
