Instagram will have new private chats for live broadcasts

In an effort to improve the user experience on the platform, it has been revealed that Instagram is working on a new feature that will allow you to chat privately while a live broadcast is taking place.

We have found out about all this, through a publication in Twitter by Alessandro Paluzzi, where he shares a screenshot to show how this new option works.

In it, we can see that Instagram could add an icon in the bottom menu of each transmission to be able to access the function easily.

The main idea is that users can make comments in private, without the need to expose their opinions to all the participants of the “Live”.

In addition, it will not be necessary to leave the transmission to be able to chat privately from the messages section of Instagramwhich is very interesting for all those who love privacy.

The new function will even allow you to add more than 2 participants through a button that will make this process easier.

Likewise, the users added in these private chats will be able to leave the conversations with an option that will be enabled right next to their name. That option will say “Leave”.

It is worth mentioning that Instagram has not made any official statement about this new feature, so it is considered that it is still in an early stage of its development.
