Instagram video reveals details about new single

London. With a short video clip, the British pop singer Adele (33) gave fans an insight into her eagerly awaited new album. On Tuesday, she posted a few seconds of a piano-accompanied song in the social networks, which is apparently called “Easy On Me” and is due to appear on October 15.

The black and white video shows Adele (“Rolling In The Deep”, “Hello”) inserting a cassette into a car and then driving along a country road while sheet music fluttering out of the window. There has been speculation for some time that the Oscar and Grammy winner will soon be releasing her new album, which she has been working on for years.

The number 30 has recently been projected worldwide onto prominent buildings such as the Brandenburg Gate, the Eiffel Tower in Paris and the Colosseum in Rome, but also in Russia, Brazil and the Philippines. Fans suspected that this is the title of a new album from the superstar.

Because Adele’s previous albums also have a number as their title. This time the artist could allude to her age in a decisive year for her: When she was 30, the British woman separated from her husband Simon Konecki.
