Instagram stories are probably the reason why the platform is still popular today and many people are more active there than with normal posts. Instagram is therefore expanding this area and comments will soon be available there.
Up until now, you could react to Instagram stories with emojis and messages, but only the creator could see them. Everyone could see the comments. But to start with, you can only comment if you follow the person and they follow you.
A comment stays online for just as long as the story itself, and you can of course deactivate it. I’ll do that straight away, because I like using Instagram Stories from time to time, but only because they’re so simple. You share something and that’s it, I don’t want to interact publicly with others in this area.
