Huge surprise at Hertha training: U23 striker and Instagram star Nader El-Jindaoui (25) was with the pros!
He usually goes to Torjegad for coach Ante Covic’s team (47) in the regional league. On Friday, however, he was engaged for the first time in the first team.
It’s a dream to play for Hertha in a Bundesliga home match at the Stadio Olimpico. That’s what many of her 1.7 million Instagram followers want. Then the hut would be full.
For a friendly(!) match against a fifth division team months ago, 2,347 fans flocked to the free-entry amateur stadium, just to see their idol El-Jindaoui.
But the fact is: At the moment, many players travel with their national teams, which is why Hertha’s U23 team players are promoted more often. But perhaps Nader El-Jindaoui convinces coach Sandro Schwarz (44) so much in training that he will soon be given a chance
