Jakarta: Instagram is reportedly asking users to provide videos showing different angles of their faces to verify that they are humans and not bots.
This information is conveyed by screenshots or screenshots uploaded by social media consultant Matt Navarra to his Twitter account. This step is thought to be Instagram’s next step in eradicating bot accounts.
A number of bot accounts targeted were accounts that were judged to be spam accounts, accounts that were often used to harass people, or accounts that were used to artificially increase the number of followers or likes.
