The social network Instagram has added a couple of new very useful functions to its mobile app, one of which is unusually intuitive to use: just shake the mobile to indicate that there is a problem in the operation of the application or the platform.
When you shake the mobile, the Instagram app shows a message to indicate the existing problem
The director of Instagram, Adam Mosseri, has announced it through his Twitter account, explaining how it works. function called “Rage Shake” (literally “shaken with rage”). When the app is running and has a fault, a few short and sudden movements applied to the terminal are enough for the gyroscopic sensors common in smartphones to trigger the appearance of a message asking the user “Is there something wrong?”
From there, the user can explain what is not working properly in the Instagram app so that the social network can proceed to address the failure report.

The other novelty recently presented by Instagram has to do with the photo carousels, its multiple image publication format, allowing to delete photographs individually instead of having to erase the entire carousel. This is one of the requests that users have reiterated for a long time and it finally comes true.
To put it into practice, just open the carousel in the app and through the icon with the three horizontal dots that appears in the upper right part, a menu appears where the Edit option appears. From there you have to select the image you want to remove from the carousel and, after choosing it, an icon will appear on it that allows you to delete it.
This last option of selective deletion of images from the carousel is currently available only for iOS operating system users and from Instagram they have not announced a date of its incorporation to the Android app.
