Definitely Instagram has become one of the most used and most popular applications among people, It was released in 2010 and can be used on various mobile devices, despite the fact that it was originally designed only for iPhone, iPad and iPod.
The application has had several updates in recent years, but even so, it continues to be one of the most visited social networks. However, it is a double-edged application, since it can cause addiction, depression, anxiety, even mental health experts have recommended suspending the use of the social network or deleting it.

How can I delete my Instagram account?
You must first log in to the account you want to delete, then go to your profile and click where three lines appear, which is just above the number of followers.
Select Settings, and then where it says Help, click Help Desk. In the question How can we help you? type Delete account.
Then you will have to choose the reason why you want to delete the account. Select where it says How do I delete my account? Enter your Instagram password and click Delete and then OK. When you do this, your account and everything you’ve uploaded will be deleted immediately, forever.
