We have been analyzing the situation, everything indicates that this is a problem directly related to the application (Instagram) and design, specifically with the 20: 9 aspect ratio, currently Instagram supports the 4: 5 aspect, possibly the application is not developed to support said specification. One option that you might consider is taking the photo with the main camera of the equipment and then cropping it before uploading a story, in the same way, we recommend that you contact the Instagram support team directly to share your experience with the application. This problem has occurred in other apps such as Snapchat.
