VIVA National – Director of research Drugs Polda Metro JayaChief Police Commissioner Mukti Juharsa said the Withdrawal of Investigation Report (BAP) does not eliminate or nullify the criminal act, in the drug case which ensnared an ex Kapolda West Sumatra (West Sumatra) Inspector General Teddy Minhasa.
He explained that the revocation of the BAP was effectively his lawyer’s right because it was included within his client’s defense.
“For the revocation of the BAP it is a patent from his lawyer’s right to defend his client, but the revocation of the BAP does not mean that the criminal act has been cancelled, disappeared or did not exist at all,” Mukti said . journalists, Sunday 20 November 2022.
Mukti explained that the revocation of the file would not invalidate the criminal case, because the police had found four pieces of evidence in the drug trafficking case of Inspector General Teddy Minahasa.
“We have 4 pieces of evidence, the first is a testimony, the second is expert testimony, the third is proof, and the fourth is a letter. Our proof is complete,” he stressed.
