The Police Criminal Investigation Unit has determined Bharada E as a suspect in the murder of Brigadier Nofriansyah Yoshua Hutabarat or Brigadier J. However, Inspector General’s wife Ferdy SamboPutri Candrawati, who was said to be at the scene at the time of the incident, has yet to be examined.
For your information, Brigadier Yoshua was reported by Sambo’s wife on suspicion of sexual harassment, and the case has now gone to the investigation stage. The case is also being handled by the Criminal Investigation Department.
“Until now, it is still not possible for Ms. PC to be investigated,” said the Dirtipidum of the Criminal Investigation Department of the National Police, Brigadier General Andri Rian Djajadi, to reporters, Wednesday (3/8/2022) night.

Andi did not mention the reason why Sambo’s wife had not been investigated. However, investigators have scheduled Sambo’s examination on Thursday (4/8), at 10.00 WIB.

Timsus Has Examined 42 Witnesses
It is known that a special team has examined 42 witnesses, 11 of whom are from the family of Brigadier J. In addition, the witnesses examined are forensic chemistry biologists, forensic ballistic metallurgy, forensic IT, and forensic medicine.
Investigators have also confiscated a number of pieces of evidence in the form of CCTV, communication devices, and evidence at the crime scene at Inspector General Ferdy Sambo’s official residence at the Police Complex, Duren Tiga, South Jakarta.
Bharada E Suspect
Previously, Bharada E was charged with Article 338 juncto (Article) 55 and 56 of the Criminal Code. Bharada E will be questioned as a suspect and will then be detained.
This case occurred last Friday (8/7) afternoon. The National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo then formed a special team to investigate this case. Komnas HAM and Kompolnas were involved in investigating this case as an external team.
Meanwhile, Brigadier J has been re-autopsied in Jambi last Wednesday (27/7). The National Police Special Team (Timsus) will speed up the investigation process related to the death of Brigadier J.
