Irjen Napoleon Bonaparte denied M Kace’s accusation that he had brought WL (HP) to the Criminal Investigation Unit. Napoleon called M Kace a lie.
“It’s a big lie, where can there be cellphones at the Bareskrim Detention Center. Ask the Criminal Investigation Unit, ask the Criminal Investigation Department,” said Napoleon after the trial at the South Jakarta District Court, Jalan Ampera Raya, South Jakarta, Thursday (19/5/2022).
Inspector General Napoleon admitted that his belongings were searched by prison guards. He said there was a knife that the Provos had confiscated from him.
“I was searched some of my belongings, spoons, knives, piece It was also confiscated by the Provos. You want to say the police are unprofessional if like that,” he said.
Napoleon also denied threatening to kill M Kace when he hit Kace a second time. Inspector General Napoleon accused M Kace of lying.
“That’s what he said,” said Napoleon.
Napoleon admitted that there would be witnesses from his side who denied M Kace’s testimony. According to Napoleon, the witnesses who lightened him would break M Kace’s argument.
“Later, the witness will know that he has lied a lot here, and all of that is broken,” he said.
Previously, M Kace claimed to have received threats from Irjen Napoleon Bonaparte after the persecution. M Kace said he received threats from Napoleon, who claimed to be a police officer and had many subordinates.
After the incident of smearing human waste, M Kace mopped the floor and sprayed perfume around detention room number 11. Then M Kace went to sleep and only woke up at 15.00 WIB the next day. When he was about to leave, M Kace admitted that he met Inspector General Napoleon again and was beaten again.
“When I was leaving, I was beaten again by the Defendant. Beaten again. I was beaten again by the Defendant about two times,” said M Kace while testifying at the trial at the South Jakarta District Court, Jl Ampera Raya, South Jakarta, Thursday (19/5).
