jpnn.com, JAKARTA – Former Head of the International Relations Division of the Indonesian National Police Inspector General Napoleon Bonaparte said that firearms (senpi) for the police were like a first wife.

It was revealed Inspector General Napoleon Bonaparte responded to a question regarding the procedure for using firearms for members of the National Police.

The procedure was widely discussed following a shootout between Bharada E and Yosua Hutabarat or Brigadier J, at the official residence of Inspector General Ferdy Sambo.

It is said that Bharada E used a Glock 17 rifle in the incident that killed Brigadier J.

“That weapon, from education it has been said, is the first wife. So, I said to my wife, you are only a second wife,” said Napoleon at the South Jakarta District Court on Thursday (21/7).

Napoleon explained that firearms as the first wife of a member of the National Police should not be used by others.

“It means that the first wife cannot be used by anyone else, no,” said Napoleon.

According to the defendant in the alleged molestation case against M Kece, the senpi had the brand, number and name of the owner.
