jpnn.com, SOUTH JAKARTA – Head of the Public Relations Division of the National Police Inspector General Dedi Prasetyo asked Brigadier J’s family lawyer to convey information according to facts and not to speculate.
Especially regarding the injuries on Brigadier J’s body or a number of objects which are said to be related to the shooting case at the official residence Inspector General Ferdy Sambo that.
“As the lawyer conveys according to the procedural law, don’t speculate about injuries, about this object, that object, it will be the ‘expert’ who will explain,” said Dedi after the pre-reconstruction of the case. Brigadier J at the Duren Tiga Police Complex, South Jakarta, Saturday.
Dedi confirmed that his party agreed to carry out a re-autopsy or exhumation of Brigadier J.
Exhumations are carried out on the basis of justice, by exhuming graves and autopsies on bodies.
The exhumation is scheduled for Wednesday (27/7) in Jambi, at the burial site of Brigadier J.
He said the process involved forensic experts, the Indonesian Forensic Medicine Association, forensic experts from a number of universities, including parties proposed by Brigadier J’s family attorney such as hospitals and forensic teams from elements outside the National Police.
Dedi said that in uncovering this case, the proving process must be scientific and the results must be valid and accountable.
