Buya Yahya said that Allah could have made all human beings in the world embrace Islam, the religion that He loves, so that no one would disbelieve. But that’s not the case.

“Allah made it like this (not all Muslims) to elevate others and to humble others. “That’s Allah, when he wants it, no one can protest against it,” added Buya Yahya.
