As indicated at the beginning of the week, the influence of high pressure is expected to continue and
effects of the passage of the cold front no. 13, so abundant cloudiness will prevail in the northern regions, the Central Highlands and the West, cloudy with possible rain or drizzle in the Northern Transversal Strip, southern Petén and the Caribbean.
Starting on Wednesday, January 31, they expect a gradual decrease in atmospheric pressure, so at a national level a warm atmosphere and a slight increase in daytime temperature could be expected.
Possible areas with fog or fog at dawn in mountainous areas, presence of mist in the environment from the south to the center of the country, as well as the presence of rain in Bocacosta and Pacífico on Friday 02 and Saturday 03, due to the entry of humidity from the ocean Peaceful.
Starting on Sunday the 4th, they expect an increase in atmospheric pressure again due to the possible decrease in latitude of a cold front and high pressure system at the beginning of next week.
Low night temperatures will continue in the West and mountainous sectors of the Central Altiplano; the lowest minimum temperatures are expected to occur on Sunday, February 4, in the departments of Huehuetenango, Totonicapán, Quetzaltenango and San Marcos.
