Tasks

• You will provide legal advice to startups and their investors under the guidance of our experienced experts and serve as their first point of contact.
• You maintain contacts with our partner organizations in the startup ecosystem, create and give presentations for the startups from the ecosystem and take part in startup events.
• You prepare financing and conduct negotiations with investors and founders.
• You advise founders and investors on company formations and financing rounds.
• You support startups with legal aspects of management (creating organizational regulations, attending general meetings, dealing with shareholder concerns, etc.) and provide information on simple labor and contract law issues.
• You develop employee participation programs, shareholder agreements and investment agreements.

qualification

• You are interested in developing into an expert in corporate law.
• You demonstrate a strong understanding of economic relationships and the interests of companies and entrepreneurs.
• You are open to new things, ambitious, independent and have a high level of commitment to our clients and our team.
• Initial experience in corporate law is an advantage.
• You have a Swiss bar license.
• You have a very good master’s degree in law from a Swiss university.
