The Bureau of Economic Security is conducting searches at the premises of the !FEST restaurant holding, probably the premises of the FESTrepublic nightclub.

According to him, the work of the office is blocked. And the FESTrepublic space located in Lviv does not work for more than two hours.
“It seemed that during the war everyone was on the same side, because there was only one enemy. But there are also other sides and wars. Today at FESTrepublic we have classic mask shows. In helmets with machine guns, armored armor – everyone was sent to the front,” – Nazaruk wrote on his Facebook page.
“All workers are virtually hostage, all activities are paralyzed. It’s really déjà vu… at this time when on the other side of the country it’s completely different,” he emphasized.
According to Nazaruk, law enforcement officials are announcing a criminal case has been opened, although this is the first time the holding itself has heard about it.
“In fact, there is nothing new – the activities of individual entrepreneurs in restaurants, salaries – economic activities. Supposedly a criminal case. Although there is still not a single request or appeal,” noted the co-founder of !FEST.
“Unfortunately, we still remain a business slave country. While the state storms entrepreneurs with weapons and does not protect them, we remain a country not for civilized investors,” he added.

At the same time, as the press service of the SBU told the ED, its employees are not involved in searches in the !FEST restaurant holding.
