The police report this on Twitter at 14.08, after a triple warning at 14.01.
– We have an accident with a gondola. We are a little unsure of what happened, but it has been reported that the gondola has slipped down the wire, says operations manager Atle Bernhoft von Obstfelder in the Inland police district to NRK.
The gondola must be suspended in the air. Two people have been reported injured.
– One person is on the ground, and the other is up, says von Obstfelder.
Naudetatane is on his way to the city. The police also have contact with those who work in the city, who help with the work.
The person who was on the ground was taken to Lillehammer hospital by ambulance. The police report that the person in the gondola is safe, and that work is being done to get the person in question safely down.
