Ingvild Kjerkol, Koronaviruset | The government with news after strong infection pressure

The Minister of Health and Care Services stated that health personnel with patient contact will be offered a third dose of vaccine.

We have a very useful meeting with the municipalities and the government is following the situation closely. There is no need for national measures now, but it is time to roll up our sleeves. Therefore, it is important that the municipalities with high outbreaks introduce measures where needed, said Minister of Health Ingvild Kjerkol initially.

And she added:

– We have national measures. It is to stay at home, if one is ill. The government also has a novelty today. The government has decided that health personnel with patient contact will be offered a third dose of vaccine. I also have another long awaited news. The Minister of Education and Research announced an exception to the current absence rules.
