“I can’t say Bartje, am I?” Just the way – full of enthusiasm with that well-known giggling smile – how Ingeborg asked Christophe Stienlet (Bartje from ‘Schuif Af’) during the presentation of ‘Winterrevue – ‘Made in Belgium’ says it all: Ingeborg from the time from ‘Slide Off’ is back. To be clear, Christophe has no role in Stany Crets’ winter revue, but was allowed to announce yesterday that his good friend will again play sketches like from their heyday (‘Schuif Af’ ran from 1990 to 2006). “I can act, sing and dance at the same time again. For the past year and a half I couldn’t get rid of that playing part in myself,” she says honestly. “I’ve had too many therapeutic sessions with people, heard too much suffering. Daily, because that job fell under the care sector and was the only thing I was allowed to do – group lessons and yoga were dropped. My antenna went off because of that, because as soon as something becomes my job, I’m gone. That has been the common thread throughout my life.”
