The Ukraine war is increasingly putting the West in a frontline position with Russia – a “spiritual mobilization” can already be observed. Many students have been called on by their teachers to come to class tomorrow in the national colors of Ukraine, while at the same time cases of bullying and dismissals of Russians in Western countries are increasing (in the Czech Republic, for example, sympathy for Putin can now be prosecuted as a criminal act). . So the spiral continues to turn mentally – the focus is now also on the more than one million Russian-Germans. What happens if Russia now also takes control of Ukraine’s central port city, Odessa? So far, the focus has been on the exploding energy prices – but with Odessa, things are now getting more and more “down to earth”: namely the food situation in Europe!
