Information on the processing of personal data by the ICA

The information collected in the questionnaire is recorded in a file computerized by the International Council of Archives, 60 rue des Francs-Bourgeois, 7003 Paris, France. The legal basis for processing is legitimate interest.

Data marked with an asterisk in the questionnaire must be provided. Otherwise, the user cannot become a member of the International Council on Archives.

The data collected will be communicated to the following recipients only: ICA secretariat, members of the International Council on Archives via our membership directory.

They are kept for the duration of the user’s membership in the International Council on Archives and three years after the inactivation of his member account.

You can access your data, rectify it, request its erasure or exercise your right to limit the processing of your data.
