Integration is a cross-cutting issue. It affects all areas of life. Integration can begin in the sports clubs and when doing sports together. It forms the basis for integration into society as a whole.
The networking of clubs, municipal facilities, educational institutions, charities, migrant organizations and helpers brings added value for all those involved. This is a great opportunity for sports clubs to attract new members and volunteers.
“Integration through Sport” supports sports clubs in their on-site networking in order to transfer open sports groups to the clubs in the long term and thus create added value for all those involved.
Support and advice
In the “Integration through Sport” program, integration is understood as a long-term and continuous process that aims at equal participation in social, economic, political and societal areas.
The key to the success of integration is a suitable concept and its implementation. “Integration through Sport” advises on concept development and project structure, conflict situations, communal networking and provides new impulses by exchanging experiences with other sports organizations. The program advises on the one hand on the development of an intercultural association profile (intercultural opening) and on the other on financial and legal issues (e.g. membership fees and insurance for refugees).
Finanzielle Förderung
Bringing people together and forming a community – that takes time. Anyone who pushes integration processes should have sufficient resources. In addition to commitment, you also need financial security. We support financially in the implementation of integrative ideas and projects and ensure that integration work is possible in your sports club.
