Service and security
We ask the crowd to respect each other and the game on the field. Above all, it is unacceptable behavior that puts the audience, staff and the game on the pitch at risk, which for example involves:
– Bangers
– Inked items
– Uncontrolled/illegal pyrotechnics
– Arguments in and outside the arena
The match may be interrupted whenever there is deemed to be danger to players, spectators or staff.
The bag ban
The bag ban at Swedish events remains. Leave your bag at home or on the bus. The arrangement does not provide storage of items.
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the arena.
Escape routes: Hammarby Fotboll asks all visitors to respect that stairs must be kept clear. This is so that staff can work if an accident occurs.
Stand/sit in the correct stands: In order for Hammarby Football to be able to maintain an open arena, with opportunities to move as freely as possible behind the stands, it is of utmost importance that this is not abused. Therefore, all visitors must stand/sit in the stand for which they bought a ticket.
Do not press. There is often heavy pressure at entrances before matches; queues form and we therefore ask you to arrive on time, take it easy and show respect for – and concern for – both the audience and staff.
