The scatter alliance goes out into the world. Because it is now also presented in the world language English. “This is a great thing,” said Allianz Chairman Martin Link, delighted about the coup by manager Gertraud Kokula, who has completed an English-language information brochure about the Streutal alliance. Chapeau ?? “That is welcome and deserves the highest respect”, Link praised the work entitled “The Streutalallianz eV ?? A communal alliance in the north-western part of Bavaria” at the meeting of the Streutal alliance in Fladungen.
And the first glance that the Streutal mayors were able to cast on the work during the presentation on the screen made the excellent work of the author clear. Their aim is to inform foreign-language guests and possible foreign project partners about the Streutal alliance. With the presentation, she has now created a platform that extends beyond the regional sphere of activity.
A colorful overview of the Streutal region
In addition to the history and tasks of the Streutal alliance, Gertraud Kokula also managed to describe the eleven municipalities individually and the Streutal region as a whole and to present various showcase projects. Anyone who has studied the brochure can understand the successful process of the Integrated Rural Development Project (ILEK) and the focus of the future design. And probably gets a positive impression of the country and people in the Streutal, an intact nature and a multitude of tourist attractions.
According to the Allianz manager, the brochure has already been checked by an English studies student at the University of Würzburg, who studied in the USA and has already published articles there in an American specialist journal. In addition, she has translated technical articles for international magazines into English for doctors and professors, and Kokula provided further references.
The brochure will soon be available on the Streutal homepage (https://streutalallianz.de) and ?? if desired ?? will also be offered as a script in written form, assured Gertraud Kokula.
Conditions for funding created
In the further course of the meeting, the clarification of formalities and information were on the agenda. This point was relevant: In order to be able to apply for partial funding for implementation support in the Streutal alliance for the period from January to June 2021, the reporting period had to be presented and approved by the mayors. The alliance manager recalled the 20 projects that were planned and implemented in the fields of living, interior development and the townscape, services of general interest, tourism and local recreation as well as the broad field of public relations. With the approval of the steering group, the documents for the payment of the proportional funding are now submitted.
As planned, the ILE interim evaluation of the Streutal alliance will take place in Klosterlangheim on Friday and Saturday, October 1st and 2nd. This seminar is a prerequisite for the further funding period, because the current one is limited to the end of 2021. The trip to the projects of the regional budget 2021 will take place one week later on Friday, October 8th.
Data sheets for rescue workers in the event of an accident
The alliance as an important information platform for the citizens of the Streutal: As the alliance manager reported, firefighters and emergency services in particular made her aware of the rescue data sheets for cars. These rescue data sheets now give the rescue workers on site safety, power and sawing zones in the event of an accident. It is said that in this way it can be avoided that, for example, power supplies are unintentionally sawed or airbags triggered during the rescue.
Please note: These data sheets are clamped behind the driver’s sun visor and a sticker with a note on the data sheets is stuck to the driver’s side window. Allianz wants to draw attention to this possibility.
