Your tasks:

• You will take care of the users in all questions about local PCs or notebooks, printers and other peripheral systems
• As part of 2nd level support, you take over and correct software errors and malfunctions in current Microsoft environments using a ticket system
• You manage file systems and authorizations of mobile security systems as well as network services (AD, DHCP) in consultation with the BE infrastructure
• They support the handling of hardware and software rollouts
• The corresponding documentation rounds off your area of ​​responsibility

Your qualification:

• Completed training as IT specialist system integration (m / f / d) or a comparable training.
• Relevant professional practice in IT support
• You have very good knowledge of Microsoft environments and network services (AD, DHCP).
• Independent and solution-oriented way of working
• Fluent knowledge of German
