Infonavit Offers Mejoravit Credit for Home Repairs in San Quintín, BC

The delegate of the Institute of the National Housing Fund for Workers (Infonavit) in Baja California, invited the residents of the municipality of San Quintín to request the Mejoravit credit, to make repairs or improvements to their homes.
Ana Lizeth Gómez announced that said financing, through its Repair and Renew modalities, offers resources to people to solve the needs of their homes in case they do not have money.
He explained that through Mejoravit Repara they can receive a loan of up to 37 thousand pesos and the term to pay it is 5 years, while with Mejoravit Renueva a maximum of 149 thousand pesos can be obtained, and the term is up to 10 years.
To obtain both Mejoravit products, employees do not need prequalification, or points, nor do they depend on seniority; It is only enough that they have worked for two months with their current employer.

PERMANENT MODULE
The state representative of the tripartite organization recalled that Infonavit has a permanent service module in this municipality, with hours from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
This office in San Quintín is located on Third Street, number 9, 100 meters from the Transpeninsular highway, by the entrance to the CUT Universidad campus and the Los Globos area.

AFFILIATED BUSINESSES
It was in the middle of last January, when Infonavit personnel went to businesses in San Quintín, to register them as affiliated establishments to take advantage of the Mejoravit Repair and Renew credits.
They visited businesses located in the municipal capital and delegations, in order to provide more options to accredited people, for the use of the Mejoravit card that is granted to repair, improve, expand or condition the home.
When obtaining Mejoravit Repair or Renew, two cards are available, one with 80 percent of the total financing amount to buy what is needed, in affiliated businesses, and another with 20 percent to pay for labor.
