Infonavit increases the maximum age of credit from 65 to 70 years – El Sol del Centro

The Board of Directors of the National Workers Housing Fund Institute (Infonavit) approved the raising of the maximum age to apply for a loan, from 65 to 70 years.

People who have started the credit procedure and want the new age conditions plus the payment term of up to 70 years, must cancel the procedure and re-register financing.

The increased age to apply for a loan it is the most recent measure implemented by the institute to facilitate and make access more flexible credit to several people, in line with the al Infonavit Law approved in December 2020.
