Infobip continues to strengthen its program for technology and consulting partners – eSemanal

Infobip, dedicated to messaging solutions and omnichannel communication technology, announced its expanded strategy of working with its business partners. Previously, the company included within its categories of business partners allies such as Oracle, Microsoft and SalesForce, which allowed Infobip solutions to connect with their platforms. With partners such as Facebook and WhatsApp, the opposite is possible, that is, partners and customers connect to these platforms through Infobip, the latter reported.

He added that currently the program has been expanded to business partners that include systems integrators (IS) companies, digital consultants, value-added resellers, platform integrators, marketing and advertising agencies, BPOs, call centers and independent software vendors ( ISV).

According to the executive, it is intended that partners can increase their portfolio of solutions, deploy cross-sales strategies with their products or services and develop tailored solutions, all with the help of a specialized team.
