Detained since November 2021 in the Salute prison in Paris, this municipal agent of the city of Montauban, a follower of the theory of the “grand replacement”, will be tried on February 16 and 17 before the criminal court of Paris.
Suspected of having supported a terrorist act via a Telegram channel and of possession of weapons and explosive devices, Dominique D., a 47-year-old Montalbanais detained since November 19, 2021 at the Salute prison, will be tried before the Tribunal of Paris Criminal court on February 16 and 17.
At the end of a year-long judicial investigation, anti-terrorism judge Stanislas Sandraps estimated that there were sufficient elements and charges to bring the 40-year-olds to justice. However, he won’t be alone, Didier B., a 60-year-old man from Libourne who had sold him dozens of guns, is also on trial in this case too.
“To Hell”
Radicalized to the far right, Domique D., a municipal employee of the city of Montauban who worked in green spaces, had been arrested during a crackdown conducted by intelligence agents (DGSI), on November 16, 2021.
Alerted by the anti-Semitic, racist and accelerationist publications that Dominique D. publishes on her Telegram channel called “To Hell”, the National Anti-Terrorism Prosecutor’s Office (PNAT) opens a preliminary investigation in October for association with terrorist criminals. With a large number of subscribers, the gardener in fact pushes for violent actions.
Since February 2021, the territorial agent has been putting online a manual entitled “Becoming a lone wolf before joining a pack”. This 19-page manifesto is similar, according to the investigators, to a practical document intended to facilitate the transition to a terrorist act.
Montalbanais therefore recommends fighting against “the harmful Jewish parasites (sic)”, fighting against the State “vassal of the Jews”, starting guerrilla warfare by multiplying “small acts before preparing targeted assassinations, listing places and potential targets or also to join a shooting club.
In her handbook, Dominique D. also provides her subscribers with lists of weapons and the means of obtaining them. He also disseminates diagrams of home-made capture and firing devices.
More than a hundred weapons
During the searches carried out at the home of the gardener, chemin de Matras in Montauban, DGSI agents seized more than one hundred weapons as well as neo-Nazi and supremacist literature. Undeclared weapons acquired in part by Dider B. through the Naturabuy website. The latter would have been sent by him to Montauban via a meeting point without having met the sixty-year-old once.
At the home of the Girondin, registered in the register of people prohibited from buying and possessing weapons since 2011, the deminers had a lot to do. Investigators seized 54 weapons, several thousand rounds of ammunition, grenades, kilos of powder and a detonator.
The sixty-year-old who qualified as an arms dealer by repairing old rifles that he sells clandestinely, said he was totally alien to his client’s right-wing ideological ambitions. Didier B., however, has not hidden that he is a member of the National Gathering.
“Hampered” by the construction of the Montauban mosque
During the hearings of Dominique D., even the agents of the DGSI did not fail to ascertain his adherence to the thesis of the “great substitute” reported in the manifesto of the New Zealand terrorist Brenton Tarrant, a copy of which was found at Montalbano’s.
Convinced of this theory that would see the “white race disappear for a melting pot of easily controllable (sic) people”, the gardener admitted he was “embarrassed” by the presence of a mosque in Montauban. During the searches, a press article was seized describing the beginning of the construction site not far from his home. However, he defied her desire to take violent action.
