Barely out of the Toulouse prosecutor’s office on Tuesday evening, with an electronic bracelet on his ankle, a fifty-year-old was again placed in police custody. During his first hours of freedom, he threatened a security guard with death.

Its story begins this Sunday morning in Blagnac. Around 9:30 a.m., this 52-year-old man called the police explaining that Nouzha, his partner, was no longer breathing. Arriving on the spot, the emergency services note the death of the victim but are very surprised by the irrational behavior of her spouse. The fifties, visibly alcoholic, is very aggressive, before fleeing. He is finally apprehended by the police in possession of the jewels of the mother of the family.
The days that followed his arrest made it possible to dismiss the criminal trail. But this marginal, defended by Mes Cecile Brandely and Justine Rucel, was indicted for failure to assist a person in danger. According to the investigators, this individual could have avoided the tragedy, the day before the events, when he was in the company of the victim, when the latter was already feeling bad.

He says he is very unhappy after the death of his wife
A few hours after his indictment, this man, known for his addictions and his judicial past, was left free, under judicial control. But it didn’t take long to start talking about him again.
The same evening, he stood out at the Leclerc Blagnac shopping center. After wreaking havoc in the “cultural” space, he threatened a security guard with a chisel. Then he made death threats.
The police quickly tracked him down, before taking him into custody. During his hearing, he apologized and explained that he was very unhappy after the death of his wife. This 50-year-old will be tried in April. In the meantime, the judges have decided to place him in pre-trial detention, hoping that he can speak with a psychiatric expert.
