The first witness called to the bar at the Demers trial is Karine Boivin of the Quebec police, who recounted how the investigation began.
It was a police officer assigned to the school environment who raised the alert.
A student had just consulted her after learning that a video of her, with a sexual connotation, was circulating on the web.
The policewoman presented evidence seized during the investigation.
An album of 17 photos and ten videos were presented to judge Sandra Rioux.
According to the description made at the court, we can see in particular a teenage girl in a shower.
A video shot by Dylan Demers shows Carlos Desjardins licking champagne poured by the accused on the buttocks of the complainant.
Party well watered
Another complainant recounted the context in which she first met Dylan Demers.
She claims that she was then 17 years old and that she was invited to a party, in a wealthy house in the Upper Town of Quebec.
According to her testimony, upon her arrival, a girl younger than she was unconscious.
She then decided to help him by going for a towel with cold water.
While she was in the kitchen, Demers allegedly put his hand on her hip to offer him a threesome
with Carlos Desjardins.
The witness said she refused, before going to apply the towel on the forehead of the unconscious teenager, and promptly leave the premises.

Following this meeting, the accused allegedly communicated with her on Snapchat, sending her a photograph of his penis as the first message.
The trial is to stretch over two weeks.
In addition to the testimonies of the alleged victims, four in number, the prosecution intends to have Carlos Desjardins testify.
Dylan Demers intends to testify in his defense.
His lawyer, Me Richard-Philippe Guay, said his client did not admit that the videos and photographs presented constituted child pornography.
He also raised that their publication on social networks could have been the work of malicious competitors.
