jpnn.com, JAKARTA – The World Health Organization (WHO) stated that healthy diet is the foundation for health and growth.
A healthy diet can be done by consuming foods and drinks that support the overall quality of the body’s health.

This is in line with what was done by Aditya Pratama or familiarly called Mas Didit, someone who has been passionate about fitness and diet since 2006.
He studied the science of healthy diets and achieved a number of certifications, such as Certified Fitness Trainer / Certified Personal Trainer from the RAI Institute, Certified Nutritionist from the International Sports Sciences Association USA (ISSA Certified Nutritionist) and several other certifications.

According to Mas Adit, all of this cannot be separated from his wife’s health condition, which began to decline since 2015.
“My wife was diagnosed as suffering Autoimmune “Myasthenia Gravis, two years after giving birth to our daughter by Caesarean,” said Mas Adit, in his statement, Sunday (10/8).

The owner of the Instagram and Tiktok account @halomasdidit also explained that this made his wife’s muscles weaken, making it difficult for her to move or walk.
After studying it, it turned out that the health problems experienced by his wife were closely related to diet.
He and his wife began to change their daily intake by optimizing the consumption of healthy foods.
“Apart from that, maximizing daily nutrition and improving lifestyle “which previously could be said to be not very good,” he said.
Armed with experience and knowledge, Mas Didit then formulated it into a Comfort Diet program.
It turns out that this program can help overcome a number of health problems, such as chronic stomach ulcers, knee pain due to being overweight, high cholesterol, autoimmune disease, and even stage 4 cancer. This is known from members who undergo Mas Didit’s diet program.
Mas Didit gave a tip diet fail-proof. First, eliminate orientation towards numbers, such as how many kilos you have lost, how much fat or calories you have burned and the like.
