You’re the lead game designer at Infold Games and have been instrumental in creating the upcoming Firework Season update for Infinity Nikki. Could you tell our readers a bit about yourself and your role at Infold Games?
Victoria Hart (VH): Hi, thank you for having me. I’ve been with Infold games since the early days of infinity Nikki. As the lead game designer, I’m responsible for the overall game design, including new features, mechanics, and content updates like the Firework Season.
SE: Exciting times ahead then! Let’s dive right in. The Firework Season update is set to launch on January 23rd, bringing with it a plethora of new content themed around the Lunar New Year.What can players expect from this update?
VH: Well, first off, we’re thrilled to introduce the Firework Isles, a stunning new location filled with vibrant, festive scenery perfect for taking in-game photos. Players can explore the isles in a magical,soaring horse-drawn carriage,which we think adds a touch of whimsy and fun to the experience.
In terms of gameplay, we’ve added a new boss encounter, The Dark Bouquet, which will be joining the weekly Realm of the Dark boss rotation. For those seeking challenges,The Dark Bouquet will certainly put their skills to the test.

VH: Absolutely! We’re really excited about the nine free outfits we’re giving to players. These include three designs available in three different colors. One of the outfits, Radiant Night, has been garnering a lot of attention for its high-fashion resemblance to Lady Dimitrescu from Resident Evil VII. We’re big fans of her iconic design, so we wanted to pay tribute while putting our own Infinity Nikki spin on it.
SE: That’s fantastic! I’m sure fans will love that. I also noticed that the soundtrack is launching on select music platforms. How did you approach creating the music for Firework Season?
VH: We really wanted the soundtrack to capture the vibrant and festive spirit of the Lunar New Year while also staying true to Infinity Nikki’s signature charm. We worked closely with our excellent sound team to create a mix of traditional and electronic elements that we think players will love. The Ghost Train dungeon track is a great example of this fusion.
