On the 19th, boy group Infinite’s solo concert ‘COMEBACK AGAIN’ was held at KSPO DOME (formerly Olympic Gymnastics Arena) in Songpa-gu, Seoul. A total of 10,000 spectators gathered at the scene to welcome Infinite’s return. The performance can also be viewed online through the online live streaming platform Hello Live.
This is Infinite’s first solo concert in 7 years since ‘That Summer 3′ held in 2016. The members, who have built solid careers in their respective positions, came together as a full group after 5 years with their 7th mini album ’13egin’ on the 31st of last month.

This performance was truly a ‘ticket crisis’. In the existing ticketing, both days were sold out quickly, and Infinite opened additional ticketing for limited-view seats due to overflowing demand, but even that was sold out. There were so many fans looking for tickets right before the performance that you could see a sign saying ‘Get tickets for the 20th’ at the concert site.

Infinite’s hit songs of the 2010s appeared generously at the concert. The dignity of the ‘original sword dance idol’ remained the same. In ‘BTD’, the ‘Scorpion Dance’, which was a hot topic at the time, was performed after 7 years. In ‘The Chaser’, ‘Be Mine’, and ‘Paradise’, they performed Infinite’s unique and well-rounded performances without difficulty. The members joked, “I’m getting older,” but in each song on the stage, I could still feel the energy from 10 years ago.

The full band live performance that made Infinite famous as a “gourmet restaurant” during world tours and domestic performances also stood out. In particular, the stages of ‘Bad’, ‘Last Romeo’, and ‘I hate’ were arranged into rock versions for this concert, and fans responded very well. Even the band session members came out on the protruding stage and enriched the performance.
After ‘Last Romeo’ ended, Sunggyu said, “There are so many songs we dance in front of, so I wanted to sing, but I wanted to do it specially, so I arranged it.” Woohyun said, “I will never do it again with this version. You went to see this specially,” he said, raising the atmosphere.

◇Inspirit and Infinite’s strong loyalty…even the ‘reverse slogan’ event
On this day, the members repeatedly expressed their gratitude and affection to the fans who had been waiting for a long time. Sungjong said, “Five to six years would have been a long time for all of you. We went to the military and worked diligently on individual activities before returning when the time came. The reason we came back is because of our Inspirits (fandom’s name). If there were no fans, Infinite would be It must have been difficult to get together, but thank you for keeping that position.”

INSPIRIT and INFINITE created a warm scene by holding slogan events with each other. At the beginning of the performance, the fans heard the slogan “20 to 30 days of waiting, I missed you”, and as if in return, the members stood on stage holding the slogan “I know you’ve waited so long, I’ll give you that much happiness.”

The members, who blushed from the opening, conveyed their emotions until the end. Sungyeol said, “When I was going through a difficult time after being discharged, I thought I would never come back here. I think I endured well and came this far because you and Infinite were there.”
Woohyun said, “When I was young, I always stood here and cried a lot. I can finally tell you the thoughts I heard every time. At the time, I thought, ‘Can I stand on this stage? There will be no tomorrow after today’. That feeling. I feel this once again today. I hope today and tomorrow don’t pass by” and promised the future, “I will work harder and show you a great image.”
