Sitting as defendants in this case were the victim’s wife, Ardilla Rahayu Pongoh alias Dila and her uncle, Andi Abdullah Pongoh.
In the prosecutor’s indictment, the victim Brigadier Yones knew that his wife, Ardilla, had a relationship with another man. Brigadier Yones is said to have some evidence.

On Tuesday, 28 August 2018, Brigadier Yones and Ardilla were involved in a big fight. This quarrel made Yones and Ardilla’s children unable to sleep in their room.
