After the aforementioned shareholding structure changes, NSTDA, CAT and TOT remain the Company’s major shareholders of 49%, as follows: NSTDA holds 24.9% of the shares from 17%. , CAT holds 12.05% of the remaining shares from 16%, TOT holds 12.05% of the original 16% and the remaining 51% is held by other shareholders.
