Friday evening, the thirteenth season of “Dancing With The Stars” ended after a competition characterized by the clash between Inès Reg and Natasha St-Pier. It was the Quebecer who won the title just ahead of Nico Capone, the surprise of this eventful season.
After these ten intensive weeks, both on the courts and on social networks for the two participants, the affair continues to fascinate the crowds. And it is via media that the two women respond to each other.
Inès Reg, guest at Quotidien, unpacked her version of the whole story on Yann Barthès’ set. The young actress does not hesitate to tell in detail the background of this clash which, according to her, cost her the final victory of the competition. “I expected it, I knew it was going to have an impact. Already, this argument has cost me the taste for my adventure. I really suffered at times”, confides Inès Reg at Quotidien.
Then the actress evokes a feeling of racism towards her and her team. “I figured it out. She filed a handrail a week after the altercation. I also read in Le Parisien that I threatened to kill him even though it never happened.”. Then the actress explains that the Quebec singer had done this following a feeling and a fear of the reaction of Inès Reg and her team after the conflict.
“I am surrounded by two cute young women and Yacine, my real estate agent, who is Arab, and Florent, my manager, who is from Martinique…” Then, she goes on to proclaim loudly and clearly that this story was fabricated by the singer in order to profit from it. “I just think she wanted to win and it will create buzz and it will work for her. She still installed a handrail on the basis of nothing. She was very intelligent.”
Natasha St-Pier replies at Hanouna
At the same time, the winner of DALS was invited to TPMP to react to the controversy between the two women. “It’s sad. I can’t stop her from thinking what she wants to thinkshe begins, being accused of having planned everything. It’s still unlikely to have been able to anticipate the reactions and create this buzz. That she no longer wanted to talk to me and that we no longer spoke to each other during the adventure, it could have ended there.”
If the Quebecer admits to not having been good with her humor, she does not accept the reaction of the actress, too threatening for her taste. “She has the right to be offended but you cannot insult in this way and be threatening in this way!”
“You can’t insult like that, and be threatening like that!”
