The Complaints and Complaints Commission of the National Electoral Institute (INE) met this afternoon to resolve a complaint Presented by Brunette against Carlos Alazraki Grossmann, collaborator of THE UNIVERSAL, for his column titled “Letter addressed to the undecided (For the love of God, do not vote for Morena!)”.
The complaint filed by Brunette against Carlos Alazraki Grossmann, for the publication of the column titled “Letter addressed to the undecided (For the love of God, do not vote for Morena!)”Constitutes, according to the party, a violation of the electoral ban period for being negative propaganda against its represented and an express call not to vote for Morena in the next electoral journey.
The complaint also includes the National Action, Institutional Revolutionary and Democratic Revolution parties, due to their lack of care in not separating themselves from such publication.

The Commission ruled inadmissible the issuance of precautionary measures, noting that the published column is an exercise that enjoys the presumption of lawfulness inherent to journalistic and expression freedom, which cannot be equated a priori as electoral propaganda, since it does not exist additional elements that prove it.
It considers that there is no risk of involvement in the contest, since the publication is hosted on social networks, which requires an act of will from the public to find it.
The lack of duty of care imputed to the PRI, PAN and PRD was also determined inadmissible, since this is a matter of the merits of the matter, which is the responsibility of the Electoral Tribunal of the Federal Judicial Power.
