The National Electoral Institute (INE) and the Legal Research Institute of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) offer students and teachers at the secondary level and Higher Secondary Education (EMS), topics linked to the subject of Civic Training and Ethics, through the Faro Democrático digital platform.

The Vocal for Electoral Training and Civic Education of the INE in Baja California, Janett Guzmán Guerrero, announced that the Democratic Lighthouse appeals to knowing and complementing concepts of Civic Education, about what a democracy is and how it works, as well as the role it has. citizenship in its construction also has the objective of amplifying and promoting democratic coexistence from adolescence.
