Indra Kesuma, the Youtuber nicknamed Crazy Rich from Medan, is one of the affiliates who is now a public conversation. He is an affiliate of the broker binary option, Binomial.
The man who is also often called Indra Kenz does often provide trading tips and education with Binomo. Interestingly, there is one of the videos uploaded on September 20, 2019 where he mentions that Binomo is legal.
“Why did I choose Binomo as a binary options platform, because in my opinion Binomo is the best among the others. There are actually many trading platforms in binary options, there is IQ Option, there is Olymptrade, there is FBS, there is Binary.com, but I chose Binomo. Why? Because apart from being trusted and Binomo, it is already legal in Indonesia,” he said.
Indra said that Binomial legal because the platform cooperates with Doku Wallet for deposits. The reason is because Doku Wallet is licensed by the OJK.
“So it’s the safest and most secure, it’s already 4 years old. Actually Binomo has been from 2014, but it’s official in Indonesia in 2015 and it’s been 4 years,” he explained.
Even though since 2019, the Commodity Futures Trading Supervisory Agency (CoFTRA) has stated that Binomo has been blocked because it does not yet have a business license as a futures broker. Obviously, Binomo is illegal and banned by the government.
Since then CoFTRA has also frequently issued lists of illegal and fraudulent trading platforms. Binomo is always on that list. Often Binomial blocked by the government, but the new site keeps popping up.
